The setting is ideal and convenient, close enough to the underground, the Heathrow express between Paddington Station and the airport and the Lancaster Gate tube station. The breakfast is served in the restaurant!

Views are not so great.

The location was particularly good and handy - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel itself was in a nice quiet area, very close to bus stations and underground stations, Hyde Park and tube station and Paddington Station and the airport.

I liked the original-style building, functional room with rose petals which was lovely. Booked the hotel for its marvellous location near Paddington tube station and Paddington, Hyde Park and Queensway. Was a comfortable base for christmas.

Location - great and beautiful, not far from the suburbs, Paddington tube stations and 2 tube stops-Paddington. Spotless room for bigger space, good offer.

Small hotel with pleasant and very courteous staff with superb service by all the staff especially the reception even if in the wee hrs. Location - marvellous and stunning really close to 3 stops on the tube as well as Buckingham Palace, Kensington, Harrod's and the Victoria and Albert Museum.

The location was marvellous and fab for traveling around London, really close to places to eat near by as well as 2 tube stops-Paddington and Lancaster Gate. Also, Madame Tussauds London was 3 km away.

Unfortunately internet connection was weak.

Enjoyable and tasty breakfast with complimentary mulled wine and quite a nice selection-and delicious croissants, as for instance for every taste. Great and beautiful location to the centre of London, contemporary atmosphere. Next to paddington station, hyde park and restaurants, Kensington garden, and Kensington palace.

Wonderful breakfasts with quite a nice, rubbery black mushrooms, the greek yogurt, everyone could try something new. The rooms were compact and neat on higher floors. The location was very central, right by bus stations, and numerous pubs.

A little small bathroom, and the breakfast was not worth the money.

The location is stunning, in a very quiet residential neighbourhood. The breakfast variety is enjoyable and tasty with more than adequate portions and quite a nice, for instance, excellent service. The staff are outstandingly accommodating and incredibly welcoming, they create contemporary atmosphere.

Immensely pleasant, superfriendly personal with the young male member of staff. Coffee and a kettle in the room, great location.

Incredibly beautiful and comfortable hotel located in a beautiful area near the subway station and the train station, Lancaster Gate tube stations, and Hyde park and Kensington palace. Had a very nice stay at the service, would recommend this place. The breakfast was enjoyable and tasty, the staff was exceptionally nice, the grounds were fairly clean. Liked the deluxe double room I was given, it had coffee and a kettle. As for me, wake-up service available, and nice views were advantages.

The room is reasonably priced. The hotel boasts very central location close to two tube stations which made sight-seeing a breeze.

A well cleaned and airy and reasonably priced room with a fridge, a hot towel, as example. Enjoyable and tasty breakfast for all tastes with complimentary mulled wine, the greek yogurt and more than adequate portions.
